Tone Down the Vibe
Athletic apparel often comes in extremely vibrant colors and busy patterns, so a fun way to mix it up is to play up the opposite with your accessories. You can go monochromatic in whatever shade you choose, but try to match several pieces in it. We recommend starting with the most practical element of your fitness outfit - your shoes - and then matching other pieces from there. We chose this pretty neutral tan color, however if you plan on working out in the great outdoors you may want to go with a darker shade that won't show dirt as easily.
Wether you've heard the term Athleisure before or not, I guarantee you've attempted some variation of it on your own. Athleisure is simply taking your workout gear and turning it into something presentable for everyday wear. If you're a busy gal this is style heaven if you can pull it off! First you'll want a quality pair of yoga pants that can offer a little bit of support and stretch without being see-through. If you go for black leggings try to find a pair that has black lycra in it. That way when it stretches you won't see the shiny discoloration that regular lycra has. Then you'll also want to find a nice tunic length top or sweater which offers a little more coverage over that cute booty of yours. And finally, a pair of mid-calf or knee-high boots pull the look together in a sporty and stylish way. This combination will never fail you! Easy peasy.
